The PLT 75 increases your safety zone for your equipment and personnel. It is commonly used in mooring, vessel to vessel and general line transfer operations. Typical shooting range with a dry and clean line of 5mm is 90 meters.
If you use the PLT® regularly, it is advised (not required) to have a 5-year factory
maintenance schedule. The air cylinder needs a hydrostatic test every 5 years. There is a stamp on the cylinder with a date indicating when it was last certified.
The launching unit if tested and found in working condition, no service is required. If customer want to service the equipment, or it is malfunctioning they can contact a service station.
